Tacol Taşdemir (Sworn-In Certified Public Accountant, Partner)

He was born in Antakya in 1950. He was graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics in 1971. He worked as a tax inspector and senior tax inspector between the years 1972-1987 at the Ministry of Finance. He was in England for one year in 1983 and he has made some studies and investigations there. In 1987, he has resigned from his official duty for the Ministry and he has been assigned in the first foundation of Kavram Group Companies to be a financial and economic advisor. He has been a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant since1989. He had prepared investigation and scientific reports in various subjects, his articles are published in various journals and he has lectured seminars and conferences about tax implications.

Ömer Faik Yılmaz (Sworn-In Certified Public Accountant, Partner)  

He was born in Sebinkarahisar in 1948. He was graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in 1971. He worked as a tax inspector and senior tax inspector between the years 1971-1987 at the Ministry of Finance. He was in France in the name of the Ministry for one year in 1983 and he has made some studies and investigations there. Ö.Faik Yılmaz, during his duty at the Ministry, studied on "The Law of Certified Public Accountancy of Turkey" and in Cyprus on the substructure of "Value Added Tax Legislation". While he was a tax inspector, he made tax inspections in various sectors and firms and his articles were published in various magazines. In 1987, he has resigned from his official duty for the Ministry and he has been the partner and member of board of directors of the first company of Kavram Group Companies. He has been a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant since 1989. He is performing Independent Audit, Tax Certification and Advisory within the frame of the companies' activities. He had lectured seminars and conferences about changes in the legislations and new implications, Inflation Accounting, International Financial Reporting Standards, International Audit Standards, Mergers and Acquisitions and Installation of Internal Control Systems.

Kurtbay Öncü (Sworn-In Certified Public Accountant, Partner)

He was born in Istanbul in 1948. He was graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics in 1971. He worked as a tax inspector and senior tax inspector between the years 1971-1988 at the Ministry of Finance. He was in France in the name of Ministry for one year in 1982 and he has made some studies and investigations about "Capital Markets Operation in France". He had been Tax Inspector Board Istanbul Group Vice-President and Tax Inspector Board Vice-President. He had prepared competence study about "Taxation of Salaries". In 1988, he has resigned from his official duty for the Ministry and he has been the partner and member of board of directors of the first company of Kavram Group Companies. He has been a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant since 1991.

Süleyman Sevim (Sworn-In Certified Public Accountant)

He was graduated from Istanbul Science Academy of Economics and Trade in 1969. He worked as a tax inspector and senior tax inspector between the years 1971-1980 at the Ministry of Finance. He has commenced to work as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant in the year 1991.

Aydın Berberoğlu (Sworn-In Certified Public Accountant)

He started his university education in Ankara University Political Sciences Faculty Department of Economics in 1980. After graduation in 1984, he had started to work as Income Controller in the Ministry of Finance in 1985. He has resigned his work in 1995 and in the same year he has started to work in Kavram Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.ş. with the title of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant. He set up a company called "Güncel Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Ltd. şti." in 1997 and he still carries on his duty as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant.
